Arches of the hypostyle prayer hall, area built in the 10th century under Al-Mansur, 987-988, in the Cathedral-Great Mosque of Cordoba, in Cordoba, Andalusia, Southern Spain. The hall is filled with rows of columns topped with double arches, a horseshoe arch below a Roman arch, in stripes of red brick and white stone.
